Divya has more than 20 years of experience helping professionals navigate career transitions, enhance leadership capabilities and achieve their full potential. With a background in Executive Search, Recruitment and HR , Divya has successfully coached executives, mid-career professionals and emerging leaders across diverse sectors.
As the founder and Chief Coach of Mayra, Divya specialises in career strategy, executive presence, personal branding and job search techniques tailored to today’s competitive market. Known for a results-driven and personalized coaching approach, Divya has helped countless clients secure leadership roles, negotiate higher salaries and develop career roadmaps aligned with their long-term goals.
Prior to coaching, Divya has been in pivotal consulting positions both as a practice leader and as an entrepreneur advising stakeholders in career planning, talent management, organizational development and employee social impact. This real-world experience informs her coaching methodology, making sessions highly practical and impactful.

With over 13 years of experience across digital marketing, brand strategy, and business development, Shivani brings a powerful blend of creativity and commercial insight to her role as Head of Marketing at Mayra. She has successfully led marketing initiatives in diverse sectors, including banking, education, HR consulting, and wellness across Indian and International Markets.
In her current role, she spearheads end-to-end marketing strategies focused on enhancing digital presence, driving customer engagement, and building a strong brand identity. Her expertise spans content marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media management, and marketing automation, all grounded in data-driven decision-making.
She held key roles at leading financial institutions such as Citibank, IndusInd Bank, and Barclays, where she focused on client relationship management, acquisition strategy, and product marketing. Her transition into the digital space was marked by a successful stint as a marketing lead and creative content strategist, which further deepened her understanding of consumer behaviour and multichannel engagement.
